Palatec LLC ("Palatec", "we", "us") operates palatec.ai. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. We keep this simple because we collect very little.
When you join our waitlist or apply to the Founding Palate Council, we collect the information you submit directly: your name, email address, and — for council applicants — your professional role and years of experience. We do not collect payment information, location data, or any information beyond what you voluntarily provide in those forms.
We use the information you provide solely to communicate with you about Palatec — to notify waitlist members when early access becomes available, and to review and respond to Palate Council applications. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond direct communication related to Palatec.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes. We may use trusted service providers (such as database or email infrastructure tools) to store and process data on our behalf, and those providers are bound by confidentiality obligations. We will disclose information if required by law.
We retain your information for as long as it is relevant to the purpose for which it was collected — for example, until early access launches and you have been notified, or until a council application has been fully reviewed. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
