Our Approach

Getting the foundation right before scaling.

We're starting with wine because it's the world's most complex and culturally rich beverage category. If we can build a taste model that works here — across thousands of varietals, regions, producers, and vintages — we can apply the same approach to any sensory category.

Our build sequence is deliberate: structured knowledge first, consumer product second, industry infrastructure third. We're not trying to be everything at once. We're building the right foundation so that everything on top of it actually works.
